API 5CT N80 Casing:
N80 Casing is placed downhole to provide structural integrity to the wellbore and must withstand external-collapse pressure from rock formations and internal-yield pressure from fluid and gas. API 5CT N80 Tubing:
N80 Tubing is placed within the casing. Viene utilizzato per trasportare petrolio e gas dalla roccia madre alla testa del pozzo.
N80 oil casing and N80 seamless steel pipe are mainly used for oil well drilling for the support of the well wall during drilling and after completion to ensure the normal operation of the drilling process and the entire oil well after completion
The types and packaging of N80 oil casing and N80 seamless steel pipe are divided into two types: short threaded casing and its coupling and long threaded casing and its coupling according to SY/T6194-96 “serbatoio olio”. According to SY/T6194-96, domestic casing should be bundled with steel wire or steel belt. Each sleeve and the exposed part of the clamp thread should be screwed with a protective ring to protect the thread.
N80 oil casing and N80 seamless steel pipe according to SY/T6194-96. The casing and its couplings are of the same steel grade. The sulfur content < 0.045%, and the phosphorus content < 0.045%.
N80 oil casing and N80 seamless steel pipe are taken according to the provisions of GB222-84 for chemical analysis. Chemical analysis is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the relevant part of GB223.
N80 oil casing and N80 seamless steel pipe American Petroleum Institute ARISPEC5CT1988 1st edition regulations. Chemical analysis according to the latest version of ASTME59 preparation, according to the latest version of ASTME350 chemical analysis.

API 5CT N80 Casing Tubing Features
- API 5CT N80 Casing Tubing is offered with a free length range from 8 to 13m on basis of the SY/T6194-96 norm. tuttavia, it is also available no less than 6m length and its quantity should be no more than 20%
- Any deformation such as crease, hairline, separazione, crack or scab is not acceptable on both inner and outer surfaces of the product. All these defects should be completely removed, and the removed depth must not exceed 12.5% of nominal wall thickness.
- Deformations which mentioned above are not allowed to appear on the outer surface of API 5CT N80 Casing Accoppiamento di tubi
- The surface of thread of coupling and API 5CT N80 Casing Tubing should be smooth without any burr, tear or other defects that may have a negative impact on the strength and close connection.
