Remarks
1-Valid API-5CT certificate should be enclosed with the offer. includes the following ( the
manufacturer of casing plain end ,manufacturer of casing threaded and coupled, processor of
casing plan end, processor of casing threaded and coupled)
2- if the bidder has more than one manufacturer, a valid API -5CT certificate for every
manufacture concerns his item( coupling, connection thread, body)
should be submitted
3- Mill test certificate for material and pipes will be enclosed with the shipment
including ( int hydrostatic pressure mechanical properties ,chemical
composition, heat trcatment, thickness,.. tor pipes
4-Pipe will be supplied with internal and extermal closed end protectors.
S- pipe should be coated with varnish coating for long time storage to protect them
from the rust and corrosion
6-Clearly marketing should be typed on the pipes body including( casing
manufacturing, ,origin country, OD ,grade, weight ip/f, heat treatment, pipe
long type of thread, and all other specification Acc to API- 5CT
7-The make -up triangle shall be stamped on the outside of each pipe on
the both ends with a white band to assist in locating8 the triangle
8-The color of couplings and number of bands shall be placed on the pipes
9- Analyzing certificate for metal from manufacture should be submitted during
Purchase
10-origin country and the manufacturer should be mentioned
l1-The materials should be new , not renewed
